The project consists of:
* 400 guest rooms + 2 suits + 1 royal suite.
* 1 Restaurant + 1 Cafe.
* Administration Offices.
* Swimming pool 1500 m2 + children pool
* Diving center
* Large raised salty water lagoon.
The 4-Star hotel in Tala Bay is a two to three story project with around 400 guestrooms including two suites and one Royal suite. The Project contains administration offices, Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen, Storage and Cold Rooms. There are conference facilities as well.
The 4-star hotel, is located at the west Gulf of Aqaba, adjacent to the Marina Complex.
Rustic yet refined at the same time featuring colored plaster and authentic stone walls and artisan woodwork for doors, windows and terraces. The public buildings as well as the guestroom clusters will be constructed with local materials. And the entire project is designed with the land and its character in mind, in order to minimize the impact on the natural surrounding. For the construction of the public buildings some traditional vaulted and domed roofs will be used to give the project an attractive look.
