The project consists of:
* 125 guest rooms + 9 suits + 1 royal suite.
* 1 Restaurant.
* Multipurpose hall, area 275m2.
* SPA including water therapy treatment rooms, Turkish bath, natural hot mineral pools.
* Al-Himmeh spring as the main outdoor natural swimming pool, spring.

The architectural/planning concept inspired by the natural dramatic theatrical form of the site embracing the unique hot water pool /spring. The experience of a Jordanian mountain architecture.
