The proposed solution aims at answering the challenge of this competition, and that is achieving a dynamic commercial space, integrated into the urban fabric with an intention to insure best investment return.
The planning concept inspired the spirit of traditional concepts of urban space in Islamic cities. The goal was to attract the flow of commercial movement into the heart of the project.
