The Project is a planning development of 30,000m2 lot which connects the old
residential quarter and Al-Hafayer Historical area. In order to generate
active commercial, cultural, social and tourists activities.
The program consists of shops, restaurants, cafes, 3 stars motel, offices
and Mosque.
Our basic idea of the urban planning concept is a series of varied urban
spaces and visual points of interest (northern gate, octagonal corner, the
tree plaza, twin mashrabiyya, Birkah plaza, and finally the Minaret) that
occupy strategic locations that would orient pedestrians and themselves
enhance the beauty of the public plazas (sahat).
